International partners are

• the international Programs providing assistance to the sector.

Local partners include:

• Local self-governing bodies (municipalities, community administration and marz administration offices);
• The Energy Efficiency and the Renewable Energy Fund of Armenia;
• The private sector (producers, suppliers, heat supply providers, investors and HPPs),
• The management bodies of multi-apartment buildings and the organizations representing their interests.
