Heating Advisory Services

The goals of advisory services, under UNDP/GEF program, are:
1. to assist multi-apartment building management bodies, home owners and communities in efficient management of residential buildings’ common property and improvement of communal services, particularly heat supply services;
2. to stimulate and assist in implementation of heat supply projects providing consultancy services to multi-apartment building management bodies, home owners, communities, service supply companies and private investors.

Following Non Government Organizations (NGOs) serve as advisory organizations:

• National Association of Condominium Owners,
• Alliance to Save Energy,
• Association of municipal councilors of Armenia,
• Lori Marz Condominium Center NGO,
• Aparan Multi-Apartment Building Management Bodies Association NGO

Can provide consultancy services on legal, technical, financial and economical issues.
