Climate Change Research
The Climate Change Research Section (CCR) is part of the Climate and Global Dynamics (CGD) Division at the National Center for Atmospheric Research (NCAR) in Boulder, Colorado.The CCR makes extensive use of state-of-the-art coupled climate system models to study the sensitivity and stability of the Earth system to a variety of forcings, including changes of greenhouse gases, aerosols, solar irradiance, volcanic forcing, land characteristics, and land use change.

Potsdam Institute for Climate Impact Research
The Potsdam Institute for Climate Impact Research (PIK) was founded in 1992 and now has a staff of about 150 people. The Research Institute for Climate Change and Sustainability was established as a joint initiative of the University of Adelaide and the Government of South Australia in December 2006. The Climate Action Network (CAN)
The Climate Action Network (CAN) is a worldwide network of over 365 Non- Governmental Organizations (NGOs) working to promote government and individual action to limit human-induced climate change to ecologically sustainable levels.
