Japan Quality Assurance Organization (JQA) is a not-for-profit organization specializing in registration services for ISO management systems as well as safety testing and certification for compliance to a variety of standards, both national and international. JQA started its operation in 1957, initially as a designated inspection body under Japan's Export Inspection Law.

JCI CDM Center was established in September 2002 as a specialized operating unit in the JCI's organization to undertake Validation, Verification and Certification of CDM/JI project activities.

Lloyd's Register Quality Assurance Ltd (LRQA)
LRQA was established in 1985 in response to the first quality standard, BS 5750, which was launched by the UK Government. The organization offers assessment of environmental and health and safety management systems in most industry sectors. It also provides verification and validation services, training services and approval for a number of EC Directives.
Colombian Institute for Technical Standards and Certification (ICONTEC)
ICONTEC is a private, non-profit organization. Since 1984, it has been recognized by the Colombian Government as the National Standardization Body and representative of the country to the various international and regional standard organizations. The main activity of ICONTEC is the study, adoption and promotion of technical standards in the different economic and social activities related to the private and governmental sectors in the country. ICONTEC is also involved in quality assurance.
