

































In the frames of the Project, a seminar-discussion on "Integrating Energy Efficient Design Approaches in the Practice and Education of Architecture" was organized. It was held in Conference Hall of Yerevan State University of Architecture and Construciton on May 2, 2012.
Scope of Discussion - Brief Description of the Seminar
The discussion was led by Ms. Kirsten Maquire, the Project's International Expert on development and delivery of comprehensive training program on energy efficient building design and integrated building design approach, and
Mr. Alen Amirkhanian, the Project's Local Expert on development of training modules on integrated building design and energy efficient building design.
Dr. Artak Hambarian, Professor of American University of Armenia, and
Mr. Faraj Yeritsyan, Architect of a partner project (comprehensive school for children from vulnerable families to be built in Malatia district of Yerevan city by Armenian Missionary Association of America in accordance with LEED international certification 'green design' requirements), shared their views with the participants.
