EE in Buildings, Stakeholder Consultation
The Ministry of Urban Development of Armenia and the UNDP Armenia CO organized workshop-consultation with stakeholder parties of "Improving Energy Efficiency in Buildings" UNDP/GEF Full-sized Project Preparation Grant in "Best Western Congress" hotel on November 6, 2009.
Workshop participants endorsed approaches laid in the foundation of the Project document, recommended to perform the most detailed possible study of cooperation opportunitites with local producers of insulation materials, emphasized importance of cooperation organization with Yerevan State University of Architecture and Construction, and approved pilot buildings selected by the Project implementation team.
