Annual Stakeholder Meeting-Seminar
The seminar was organized on November 14, 2007 in the framework of UNDP/GEF "Enabling Activities for the Preparation of Armenia's Second National Communication to the UNFCCC" Project. It was attended by representatives from various ministries and agencies nominated for the Steering Committee, the Ministry of Nature Protection, other stakeholder organizations, as well as project experts.
The event was aimed at introduction of the main objectives of the project and its work-plan, description of the structure of the Second National Communication as well as the status of initial activities undertaken by the project team. After the introduction part, the floor was given to the team leaders who presented the goals, tasks and progress of their working groups. A separate presentation on the Climate Change Information Center's new website was made at the end of the session.
