Climate Change Information Center of Armenia launched publication of Climate Change Newsletters in order to enhance general awareness and knowledge of the population on climate change related issues both on global and local levels. In this scope, special emphasis is placed on adaptation to climate change impacts and greenhouse gas emission mitigation, contemporary scientific studies on climate change, best practices and case-studies, related international and local news.

 

The seventh issue of the Climate Change Newsletter is devoted to the Agriculture issues under Climate Change.

The web site was updated and redesigned in 2007 with financial assistance of UNEP to support implementation of the UNFCCC Article 6 provisions in Armenia and later in 2010 in the frameworks of the UNDP/GEF projects in Armenia.
