The analysis of institutional issues of heat supply sector based on successful heating pilot projects implemented in Armenia.
The objective of the roundtable meeting was to analyze the institutional issues of heat supply sector based on successfully implemented heating pilot projects, the contractual relationship between the heat providers and customers, the types of contracts and their problems in order to overcome the future barriers associated with those problems. Improvement of the contractual relationship and the legislative field will contribute to the success of future projects.
