The meeting was opened by UNDP Resident Representative Ms. Lise Grande. She welcomed the guests and focused on the main points of the UNDP priorities in the sphere of capacity building and information exchange.

The Armenia National Capacity Self Assessment Project Coordinator Ms.D.Harutyunyan presented the project objectives in the framework of the scientific and applied technology transfer, information exchange, focusing on the necessity of capacity strengthening in this area. 

Mr Aram Gevorgyan- The UN Conventions Focal Points represent the «Requirements for the Education and Training System under the UN Environmental Conventions Ratified by Armenia» from the viewpoint of each Convention.
